We were contacted by Crystal Bathrooms who had a good client base and a steady stream of referrals and leads coming in from various advertising channels but felt they should be doing better. We were engaged with the goal of doubling their amount of quality leads.

The Challenge

The high end bathroom renovation segment is very lucrative market with a lot of quality competitors coming from both the direct trade competitors as well as the well funded lead generation companies such as Hipages, OneFlare and Yellow Pages. Due to this high level of competition the Google Ads price was increasing and the  conversion rate was decreasing.

The Approach

We engaged our growth marketing team which consists of experts from each of the major digital marketing channels including Google ads, conversion optimisation, SEO and social media marketing. We did this as in this competitive market place we knew that to get an advantage we needed to unify all channels to focus on the one goal.
