The ICE Tool
What is the ICE framework?
ICE stands for “Impact”, “Confidence”, and “Ease” and is used by giving each criteria a score from 1-10, with a 1 being the worst and a 10 being the best.
To get the final ICE score you add up each score to get a number between 3 and 30 that you can use to prioritize your backlog.
How do I use the ICE tool?
To use our propriety ICE tool, simply click the link below and enter your project name to get started. Our tool has the ability to save all your data so you can come back and work on it and it also has the ability to export to a CSV.
